variety of cost effective methods. These launchings commenced in 2008 in beta test, and
are in process of commercialization currently.
1. Licensing of Patented and Patent Pending products through companies with known distribution.
2. Innovative marketing of Patented and Patent Pending products through other channels of distribution.
3. Direct launching of its products through a company designed method of distribution.
From time to time Emergent becomes engaged in active negotiation with other companies as large as $1
billion in sales as well as lesser known ones with strong market ties. There is no guarantee Emergent
will conclude an arrangement with these companies, however we are operating under signed non disclosure
agreements which we believe evidences "good faith".
